Nexacu provides instructor-led Microsoft, Data Analytics, AI, Power Platform, Adobe and Professional Development training across Australia. Courses can be attended in centrally located training rooms, remotely online or delivered at your workplace.
Course areas include Power BI, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, Microsoft 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Python, SQL, R Programming, Adobe Acrobat, ChatGPT and more.
Students need to log in to the student portal to access course materials and e-books. Materials and e-books are available online. Bookings must be paid in full before materials, e-books and certificates are permanently released.
Students and billing contacts can also order printed manuals for an additional fee.
Courses are delivered by experienced training professionals who combine clear communication skills with commercial experience. At the end of each training day, students are asked to review the trainer and course to help maintain high levels of student satisfaction.
Yes. Nexacu courses can be attended remotely online using Microsoft Teams. Many courses run using a hybrid format, with some students attending in person and others joining remotely.
Nexacu focuses on creating a practical, supportive learning environment. Courses may be delivered in class, remotely or in a hybrid format using Microsoft Teams, depending on the course and schedule.
Nexacu courses generally run from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, with an hour lunch break at noon. Your booking confirmation email will include full course details. Check the time zone for your selected session, especially for remote training.
Class sizes are generally capped at 10 to 12 participants, with an average class size of around 5 to 7. For group training, numbers may vary, but Nexacu generally recommends no more than 12 participants to support a more personalised learning experience.
Nexacu training is generally conducted on Windows PCs in our campuses. For most Microsoft Office courses there are only minor differences between Windows and Mac, such as keyboard shortcuts and interface details.
Some courses can only be delivered effectively using Windows. These include Power BI, Excel Expert, Excel VBA, Microsoft Project and Excel Analysis and Dashboards. Key modules in those courses may not be accessible to Mac users.
Nexacu courses are generally delivered using the latest version of the program on a Microsoft 365 subscription. If you need information about different versions of a program, ask the team or your trainer for guidance.
Nexacu campuses are equipped with computers for training, so you do not need to bring your own device for in-class training. You may bring your personal laptop if you prefer, but you must ensure the relevant software is installed, licensed and able to download and unzip files.
You may also bring a USB if you want to save a copy of course files at the end of training.
Tea, coffee and water are provided, but lunch is not catered. Nexacu centres are located in CBD areas with nearby eateries.
Nexacu courses satisfy CPD requirements for many professions. As a general guide, each full-day Nexacu course constitutes 6 hours of CPD, and a 2-day course constitutes 12 hours of CPD.
Nexacu venues are centrally located. Parking information is generally included in final confirmation emails, and city-specific course pages may include more venue information.
Every attendee earns a certificate upon completion of the course. Students need to download their certificate directly from the student portal.
