Andrew was great and a wealth of knowledge - definitely enthusiastic about Excel which enhances his training style in an online environment. I work in Resource Management in Defence and also provide training as an SME in that space so I understand how knowing something inside out is of great benefit to those we teach. Even though every now and again we get to learn something new, even if to our own shock, generally its a nice surprise.
