Appreciate attending the training in person with the ability to follow along on computers. Very engaging manner and very informative - thank you Nicholas. Occasionally I was lost, however felt comfortable asking for assistance and readily supported. You have our empathy with trying to navigate providing a hybrid presentation and recommend that where this occurs again management take this off your hands and reschedule other clients to prevent disruption.
