- Patient with the technical difficulties with the staff or staff who didnt set up properly in the beginning - Happy to answer questions or provide alternative coding tips or showing how the code wont work - technical difficulties in the end and didnt get to cover date conversion or finish data merging section

Trainer has been fantastic, Did a great job in explaining things, very patient in fixing our problems, answered all our questions and any issues we had. Only in the end was some technical issue but he tried his best to help us with that. I would highly recommend him and the course as well.
