David B is an amazing instructor. He explained clearly and at a good pace, easy to follow and understand. Plus he shared lots of tips and shortcuts, was happy to repeat anything we were unsure of, recapped on what we had covered and was very patient.

Adrian is very knowledgeable and patient. I got a lot out of the course and I'm looking forward to practising my new skills in the workplace.

Always really appreciate that Cheryl shows us a lot of things that are also not in the manual. and is happy to cater to the class's jobs and work situations. I feel like that's the main positive between joining a class online so I really appreciate what she adds. Always checking if theres questions or things we want to know - but it's just hard to know what we want to know when we don't know 😂

Adrian was fantastic! The cadence of how we walked our group through the course was paced really well. He has a natural ability of explaining what can sometimes be complex information in a clear and concise manner. No one in the class fell behind; which is further proof that his approach to training was effective. I feel confident in further practising the skills and knowledge I have gained over these past two days.
