The content and speed in which it was delivered was perfect. Anette did a great job of keeping us all on track and catering for all experience levels. Content covered was great to ensure I now have a solid understanding of the programs functions and am now able to work efficiently and build on these skills in the future. Knowledgeable, experienced, responsive instructor. Material at a good level. A few minor tech glitches, but a good learning setup overall.

Was very good and easy to understand. Annette was very helpful and made it much less daunting than it felt coming into it. She stopped and slowed down when needed and helped us individually, and answered any questions we had that weren't in the booklet. I liked how we got to create at the same time as learn, as it kept us engaged and meant we go to see everything in real time.

This is my refresher course. I think I raved about David first time around and I will again. David explains everything so beautifully - simply and easy to understand. A born teacher and very encouraging. There is no way you can absorb everything completely first time around so I was really grateful to be able to sit the refresher. Having used my skills learned in the original over the past few months, I knew what I had forgotten from the original course. The tips and shortcuts; the best practice methods and suggestions to make things streamlined and easier all came flooding back and I'm sure is now cemented in my mind. Excellent course. Excellent teacher.

Trainer was knowledgeable and friendly, thoroughly enjoyed the course and the material. The idea of a no extra charge refresher is a great idea which I am sure I will take advantage of. There is a lot of content to get through when you are starting out with such a complex program.
