Cheryl was great in the session and really tailored the lesson to teach us practical skills required to do our jobs. We really appreciated that she added in practical tips and tricks that we can apply as soon as we get back to work.

Adrian was an excellent trainer. Clear with his instructions, patient, welcomed feedback and questions and was happy to explain things again. The camera positioning was at times a little distracting as it's of the back of the front row. That being said, even though I was doing the course remotely Adrian made sure I was engaged throughout both days.
