Today’s training course on ChatGPT was an enlightening experience. It greatly surpassed my self-study, clarifying many aspects. I particularly appreciated the practical approach to prompt engineering and Rob's methods for crafting effective prompts and avoiding pitfalls were particularly beneficial. I am extremely satisfied with the knowledge I acquired today. The course was well-structured by Rob, who built each concept on the previous one. He added an emphasis on ethics, security, and governance, crucial in today's AI landscape. The training was enriched by the attendees' prior experiences, making the activities more contextual. Throughout the course, I kept thinking of new ways to use ChatGPT for productivity enhancements, both for myself and my team. The potential applications across departments are promising. I have an exercise to take away that can assist in being more productive tomorrow. Kudos to Rob for an excellent session—insightful, practical, and a must for anyone keen on mastering ChatGPT.

Rob was very articulate and friendly, open to conversation and feedback, and very flexible in his delivery. Even though I already know a lot of what he was teaching, he kept the day engaging and interesting. I thoroughly enjoyed the day and his teaching style. Chris Duffy was absolutely excellent. I really enjoyed the presentation. So many useful suggestions and examples. I have discussed it with all my colleagues and also my children who are using Chat GPT automatically. It was sometimes a bit hard to work out how things fit together - ie Azure vs Chat vs Bing vs Copilot, but I am working that out now looking at articles.
