very good session, learnt a lot about how to use the tool.

Well structured, easy to understand and very thorough examples and use cases. How to provide good prompts and the structure provided was helpful. More (short) breaks of 5 mins every hour would be appreciated, as there is a lot of information packed into the session to digest.

Even though we changed the structure of the courses to suit alot of our users not familiar with each of the platforms real capabilities Laurence did an amazing job presenting these. His knowledge is outstanding and to talk for 4 hours without taking a breath was a major feat so well done.

The content covered and pace of the training was excellent. I liked the breadth of information covered. I preferred being shown and covering more material rather than doing it myself but covering less content. The Trainer conveyed an excellent understanding of the material.

Laurence was very thorough and engaging. The topics we covered will be very useful and helpful.

Laurence was an outstanding trainer. My course was condensed into pretty much half the time it would usually take to cover the topics. I did not get the feeling that he was rushing through anything. The training was well-paced and very easy to follow and digest. I particularly appreciated the real-world examples when we did the Copilot topics. Laurence did not pause once to search for anything to say. He was eloquent and very articulate throughout. He's a real credit to Lumify! I certainly learned much more than I thought I would. Thank you! Great information, very useful. Lawrence was very informative and kept it as engaging as possible. I think putting CoPilot at the front end of the session would have kept it more engaging than starting with Teams first.

Covered a lot in one day which was very helpful to obtain an overview of the way AI is being applied in Copilot. It was OK being remote except on one occassion when the system dropped out and it took time to re connect. Sometimes the connection to the same screen as you were working on was difficult to follow because my screen was differently configured. It must have been quite tiring for you covering all the sections that filled the day. The timezone was not an issue. Overal I found the seesion very beneficial and a basis to explore further. Thank you.

Laurence was great. It was easy to follow and everything was expplained well. I think the only issue I had was I could not work out how to set the view where I could see the screen that was being shared. That made it very hard to see the the screen.

Very informative session , a lot to take in on a single day. learned a lot today bit i was a bit lost at the end during copilot tools for excel. I will certainly return to learn more about the AI programs. Thank you, Laurance.
