I found Paul to be an excellent trainer. Most of us had a few technical issues and he was friendly and patient. He broke down tasks into slow concise steps which made it easy to follow and covered all aspects that we require to start using AI effectively, including Teams, Excel, Word, etc. Very enjoyable and appreciated his expertise. Excellent - really great content. Great to get participants to share their screens to ensure engagement. Great tips and tricks. First 15 mins could have been reduce a bit but that's just a personal preference - others may find this ice breaking banter very important. Really great content - just hope I can remember it all!
