Jagg was great - patient, great speaker, thorough, and an all around great instructor. This was a great experience compared to the intermediate course I completed on Friday 22/11 where I was lumped as a remote student into a real time classroom with poor sound quality (I almost withdrew from the advanced course based on my experience on 22/11). Thanks Jagg, learned a lot!

I really engjoyed this course. The pacing was fast enough to cover a lot, but not too fast to get lost. The odd times I did get lost, the trainer was very quick to help me back on track. I would recommend this course to colleagues and friends.
