Very useful day to remind me of how the Microsoft365 products fit together. I have been out of the workforce for a few years and needed a confidence booster that I can return without worry. Nick was a great trainer today, went through a lot of stuff during the day and answered lots of questions from me. I really appreciate that.

We ha a number of students ho arrived late and the trainer waited for them. They also arrived late after the lunch break and the trainer went back over the work they had missed and the rest of us who were on time had to wait. This is disrespectful to those of us who were punctual.

Although some basic information that I already was familiar with was covered (which may have been useful for some other attendees), I have learnt a lot more about how Teams and other apps work together within Microsoft 365 and I think that I will be able to apply lots of what I have learned in my workplace. My only comment is that it was a bit frustrating that the session was held up both at the beginning of the day and after lunch by other attendees who arrived late, and then were late back from lunch and disappeared during the session to do work.
