Michael is an excellent communicator and teacher. Very thorough, kind and patient. Covered a lot of content, but was segmented into sections that were palatable and made some otherwise dry content interesting and helpful!

Our trainer, Michael was great. Really engaging. I think we went a little fast in some areas, but I am sure people with a little more 365 knowledge would not have felt this way. In any case Michael was easy to approach to ask for him to repeat anything necessary.
