Thank you John. You covered the content well and gave several tips and tricks which I will remember and use regularly. My only complaint is about the time it took to kick off the course. As an online participant I had completed the course initiation tasks before we kicked off for the day. Having to wait for the in-person attendees to do the same tasks was very slow and wasted approximately half an hour of learning time.
