trainer was lovely! I truly understand the difficult time she is experiencing, and regardless of that she still managed to show up and deliver the course at a very professional level, the only thing I would prefer would be if the course were a bit more fast paced, and less detailed in some areas - it felt more towards the beginner side of Word than an intermediate level,
