very clear, easy to follow and informative. Explained complex subjects in easy-to-understand way. Well-paced: not rushed but not too slow either. Always checking to ensure everyone is on the same page and is not falling behind. Provided great answers to questions and also showed how formulas worked in different context to help understanding. I feel I got a lot out of this course and understand formulas such as SUMIF that previously went over my head.

Ulfa was very knowledgeable and able to explain examples in concise details. She could also respond to requests for various examples from the group giving a wider practical implementation of the tools. This is the second course I have taken with Ulfa as the instructor, very happy with both.
