Very patient instructor and informative session. There would be value in checking what level of competency the attendees have in the Microsoft Office suite as a large amount of the course covered formatting, design etc that is similar (if not the same) in other Microsoft programs. I found the last 25% of the course to be the most valuable (organisational charts and cross-functional flowcharts) but would have also liked to cover Gantt charts. Thank you for a great session!
