I felt too long was spent on reviewing beginner topics and there was no time left in the afternoon for the more complex (and more interesting) topics.

Another good session thanks John. Reinforced some things for myself, I think the first session provided greater value, the intermediate session is difficult in the sense of different requirements and roles within an org and using other software to do elements. Was interesting to learn some of the functionality that can be done.
