Patient, knowledgeable and informative.

Steven was very clear with his explanations. He was always happy to answer questions and assist anyone who had a question or had missed a step. I did think there would be more information specifically about how to create and use a Sharepoint site. I always knew I would need to do the intermediate course as well, but I did feel that a large section of today was spent on basic office functionality that wasn't specific to Sharepoint. I was hoping to come away with more of an understanding of the big picutre of Sharepoint, but maybe that is just in the intermediate course.

The course content was relevant, and Steven's knowledge and presentation was a big help with my understanding of SharePoint. I am looking forward to continuing to learn more about SharePoint in the near future.
