Great engagement and very easy to follow instructions and advice. I appreciated tailoring the training to applicable sections that we find ourselves using in Defence (tasks, notes) vice People.

Really enjoyed the Outlook Beginner Course! As a self taught user, I was eager to learn the functions/capability of the Program. Andrew was engaging and patient with teaching and showcasing the huge number of features that the Program offers. These courses should be mandatory and used across companies! Customising my Outlook was fun, satisfying and a large number of time saving shortcuts and extras I now have on board to increase my work performance.
