I think the course was brilliant, well tailored to the 2 students in the class. Timely, very involving and engaging. Explored comfort zone but was also assisting in getting out of your comfort zone. A good mix of practical and verballing engaging.

Kristian was engaging, kind and supportive. He created an environment that allowed you to be vulnerable and explain where we may have issues when it comes to confidence and assertiveness. I had a privilege of earning from Esteban and i can confidently say he made a lasting impact on my life. Through his guidance, i not only learned how to be more assertive, but i also discovered deeper sense of self-confidence that i didn't know i had.
