Over two days, you’ll learn how to plan, structure, and write content that’s clear, consistent, and aligned to WCAG 2.2, AU/NZ plain language standards, and responsible AI use. Whether you’re writing SOPs, manuals, or digital content, this course gives you the tools to meet modern accessibility, compliance, and communication expectations.
By the end of this course, you will be able to:
- Plan and structure content using technical briefs and clear document architecture
- Write clear, plain-English content for digital and print use
- Apply WCAG 2.2 principles to make your writing accessible

Prerequisite:
No prior technical writing experience is required. A willingness to write, edit, and learn collaboratively is essential.
